Subsequently, I transitioned to the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank) as a legal specialist, where I deepened my expertise in financial supervision of banks and insurers both in the Netherlands and Europe. In this role, I led legal teams and collaborated closely with national and international policymakers such as the European Commission, AFM, and EIOPA.
Over the past years, I've further expanded my expertise in financial and corporate law by guiding various M&A transactions in sectors such as telecom, e-health, sports, and chemicals. Additionally, I provided advice on GDPR and DORA compliance and offered regulatory support to fintech companies, banks, crypto initiatives, foreign investment firms (AIFMs), and family offices.
